Creating a query

To create a query complete the following steps: 

1. Select Query on the menu bar.

   If you are already on a query and would like to create a new one, select New query on the Recent queries pane.

2. Select the object types you want to include in your search.

3. Optionally, select text search to use a search scope or search by text.

4. Add a search criteria using metadata fields.

5. Select how your results are displayed.

6. Get your query results.

7. Save your query to use it again.
