Getting started

Objective ECM IQ is a web-based interface to Objective’s content management system. It enables you to leverage information and processes across your organisation. You can quickly and easily perform actions – anywhere and anytime on desktops, laptops or mobile devices.

If you also have access to Objective Navigator (the desktop client version) you will be able to work interchangeably between Objective Navigator and Objective ECM IQ. At this stage, the Objective ECM IQ does not offer all the functionality of Objective Navigator.

  1. Enter the URL for the Objective ECM IQ in your default browser.

  2. Enter your login details:

    • To log in with your Objective ECM credentials, type username and password and select Login.

    • If configured, you can log in with your Microsoft Azure user credentials, select Microsoft (or whatever it has been configured to display). When prompted, select or enter your Microsoft Azure user credentials.

On a computer or tablet, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then Logout.

On a mobile phone, tap in the top left-hand corner of your screen, then Logout from the menu bar options.

Important:  If you are configured to log in using single sign-on or you had used your Microsoft Azure user credentials to log into Objective ECM, you will not be logged off even when you select the Logout option.

Tip:   Depending on how Objective ECM is set up, you may be logged out if you are not using Objective ECM after a certain period of time.
