Adding a search criteria
Query criteria consist of:
- object metadata such as catalogue, common and system fields
- choosing from a variety of operators depending on the selected field
- entering the required value(s).
Multiple criteria can be added to further refine the query and they can be grouped into and .

Select whether the query results should contain All of or Any of the rules that form part of your criteria.
- From the Select Field drop-down, choose a Common, System or Catalogue field type to search.

Depending on the field selected, additional boxes may appear to the right. Select an operator and enter values that must be used with the chosen operator.
Start typing the value into the field, a number of choices are displayed. If they are not appropriate, select
to search for the value. -
To further refine your query, include a grouping of rules by selecting .
If a grouping of rules is no longer required, select .

If it is no longer required, select
next to a criteria to delete it.
