Selecting object types

Note:   The displayed default object type to be searched is based on the DEFAULT_SEARCH_OBJECT_TYPES system preference that has been set by your Objective administrator.

1. The default object type is already added to Looking for. Select Add to open the Edit object types dialog box.
2. Tick the object types from the Available column that you would like to search for.

3. Some object types can be expanded, so that you can select specific object sub-types.

   Untick any object types that are not required.

   Your selections are listed in the Selected column.

4. Once you have finished choosing object types to query, select Apply changes.

   The Looking for field on the New query page displays your object type selections. For example:
