Undoing your edits
If you realise that you do not want to keep the edits you have made to a document, you do not have to remember all the changes you have made to your document and delete them. You can simply discard the changes you have made to this particular document version.
You can only discard the changes you have made to a document version, if the document is currently locked for editing by you and the document is not being edited in Microsoft Office Online.
Tip: If you are undoing edits to a document that is linked to other documents, any changes made to any of the linked documents are also discarded.
- Go to the document in Objective
- Select
for the document then . -
Select to confirm.
The current draft version of the document that you were editing is discarded and is no longer displayed on the Versions list of the Details page.
- Go to the document in Objective
- Select for the document then to open its Details page.
- Select located in the top right of the Summary section of an object’s Details page, then Undo edit.
