Reverting to the last published version
After creating a draft version of a document, if you do not want to keep any of the edits that you made, you can revert to the last published version.
You must have at least one published version to revert to. Once the document is reverted to the last published version, then all draft versions since the last published version will be lost and are marked as cancelled in the Version list of the document's Details page. The last published version then becomes the current version.
- Find and go to the document.
- Check any draft versions of the document since the last published version and make sure that you do not want to keep the edits made to those drafts.
-
Select for the document on the Content pane, then > Revert to last published.
Or select on the Summary section of the document's Details page, then >
- Select to confirm.
