Copying an object URL

Easily include a reference to an object in documents, workbooks or the body of an email as required. This involves including the object’s unique URL as a hyperlink where it’s needed.

Tip:  When you drag-and-drop an object from Objective ECM to another application that supports HTML formatted content, a link to the object is displayed as hyperlinked text.

  1. Find and go to an object.
  2. Select More button for the object then Details to open its Details page.
  3. Right-click the browser URL of the object’s Details page then select Copy to add the URL to your clipboard.
  4. Paste the URL where it's needed.
