What happens when a workflow starts?

When a workflow starts, a workflow slip is generated and workflow tasks are created and assigned to the designated users.

When you start a workflow, you can see a confirmation message like:

• View all tasks to navigate to your Tasks pane, where you can view all tasks assigned to you or your group. See Working with tasks.

• View status to view the status of the workflow slip. See Viewing workflow slip details.
