Running a search
Searching for an object is done by using the search field 
on the app bar. Searches will only return the following object types and their sub-types in results:
- alias
- document
- file
- folder
- electronic object
- exchange link
- internet link
- keyword usage
- search
- user
- workflow.

On the app bar, select the of the search from the drop-down list, if it is available.
The search scope may not be available depending on how Objective
Using a search scope enables you to limit your search based on, for example, a geographical region or a local server.
If you have changed your search scope and then run your search, your scope is remembered for the next search you run. So there is no need to change it unless you wish to choose a different scope.

Select the container in which you want to search from the drop-down list.
This drop-down will not be visible when you are in your top-level Global folder. If you are in any other container, you can choose to restrict your search to the container you are in or you can search in your top-level Global folder.

Type your search criteria in the Search field, then press Enter on your keyboard or select
at the end of the Search field.The search results display in the order of relevance, with those that are the closest match to the search text you entered displayed at the top of the list.
Choose the display view for your results from the Search results toolbar.
If too many results are returned and you are not able to find what you are looking for, you can refine your search.
Selected search results can be refreshed, emailed, moved or copied.
