Uploading renditions from your local drive

You can add an existing PDF rendition from your local drive to a document.

  1. Find and go to the document for which you wish to upload an existing PDF rendition.

  2. Either from its object card or Details panel select more and Upload Rendition. Depending on the number of menu options, you might have to select More Actions first.

    If you want to upload a rendition for a previous version, expand the Versions section from the document's Details page, and select more > Upload Renditions for the required version.

    The Upload Rendition dialog box appears.

  3. Browse or drag and drop a PDF document.

  4. Enter a Name. This name will be displayed in the Renditions section of the document's Details page:

  5. Enter text for a note.

    This note is currently not displayed in Objective ECM IQ. In Objective Navigator you can view this note on the Renditions tab of a document's Properties dialog box.

  6. Click Upload.
