Saving your emails

To save your emails to Objective ECM you must have both Objective Director and Objective Office Add-ins installed and configured on your computer.

When saving emails from Microsoft Outlook to Objective ECM, you can either:

• save an email together with its enclosed attachments, as well as separate linked documents
• save an email with its enclosed attachments (if any) as one document
• save only the email attachment.

Note:  Emails with calendar items cannot be saved to Objective ECM.
