Publishing documents
Easily publish the latest version of a draft document and set a corporate value to it whenever you need to. The publish option is available for the current draft versions of a document and if the document has passed the approval cycle. You must have 'Edit' privileges for the document in order to publish it.
The latest version of the selected draft document will be published.
- Find or go to the draft document that you wish to publish.

from a document's:Card- Selecting for the document, then .
Details page- Select for the document then Details page. to open its
- Select located in the top right of the Summary section of the document’s Details page, then Publish.
Versions list- Select for the document then Details page. to open its
- Expand the Versions section.
- Select for the latest draft document version, then .
- Enter a Version comment or edit the existing comment that was entered when the document was uploaded or previously released from edit.

If you do not wish to identify this document version as a record in your organisation, untick the Set corporate value checkbox.
By default the Set corporate value checkbox is ticked.

If you have an alias to a draft document, you can publish the alias which will also publish the original object.
- Find or go to the aliased draft document that you wish to publish.

Select for the alias then
.Or select located in the top right of the Summary section of the alias’ Details page, then Publish.
- Enter a Version comment or edit the existing comment that was entered when the original document was uploaded or previously released from edit.
