Customising feature settings
Security classifications and caveats are always visible details of an object. As an Objective administrator you can choose whether users in your organisation can enter new or edit existing security classifications and caveats for an object. You can choose whether users in your organisation are able to see documents that are a permanent record in your organisation, that is, have a corporate value applied to them. Objects that have corporate value applied to them are identified with an icon on their card, Details page and for the specific version.
- As an Objective administrator, select your username
in the top right-hand corner of the page, then . - Select in the Admin pane.

In the Security section:
- Select to either or Caveats.
- Select to either or Classifications.
- Assign a colour to each Classification level.

- Select in the Admin pane.

In the Corporate value section, select to either or Corporate value version flag on documents.
Any documents (or any of its versions) with corporate value set are identified with an icon.
