Handy hints about workflows

• At this stage, you are not able to view a workflow map and find out how it is progressing. The only way you can view how a workflow is progressing is from the comment history of a task form and the task history of a workflow slip.
• If the Due Date on a task form is set by the Priority selection, then the due date is not updated when a user changes the priority. However, if the Due Date field is not visible on the start task form, it does not work as expected.
• The Workslip Owner field must be visible on the start task form for the workflow to be able to run in Objective ECM.
• If any case fields exposed on the start task form or manual task form are mandatory, the forms will not work in Objective ECM.
