Actioning tasks
Task forms are where you enter information about a task that is assigned to you and needs to be completed. Once your part of the task is completed it can progress to the next stage of the workflow process.
When doing bulk actions, note that you must select tasks that belong to the same workflow map version and the same task.
For example, if you have multiple workflows and multiple tasks:

You are able to perform bulk actions only on tasks belonging to the same task for example, you can select multiple tasks belonging to WorkflowA task 2. However, if you select multiple tasks, of which few belong to WorkflowA task 2 and few WorkflowA task3, you will get an error.

View your task list.

From your task list, select the tasks that you wish to action.
Make sure that you select tasks that belong to the same workflow map version and same task. See Important above for more information.

An Action Tasks dialog box appears listing your task action options.

Enter an optional comment and select the action you would like to complete.
An action might be disabled if it requires two-factor authentication and you have not registered for it.

View your task list.

The Details Summary blade appears for the task with the task action options.

Enter an optional comment and select the action you would like to complete.
An action might be disabled if it requires two-factor authentication and you have not registered for it.
Alternatively, you can select Details page.

Go the task (or choose multiple tasks) and select the action you want.

When prompted to enter your one-time password (OTP), look up the OTP on your integrated mobile app or your USB app.

Enter the OTP. If it is correct, the action will be successful.
