Viewing record details
To view the details of a file, for example, if you want to find out which repository a file belongs to or its current part location.

- Go to the repository you wish to view details about.
- Select
for the object then to open its Details page. - Expand the File details section, which will list the Repository, Repository Staff, Barcode ID, Current part location and generic object information.
