Running a saved query

You are able to run a query that has been created and saved using either Objective Navigator or Objective ECM IQ.

  1. Search for or go to a saved query.

    You can select Query on the menu bar. If you have run the query recently it will be listed in the Recent queries pane.

  2. Select the saved query to open it in the Content pane.
  3. Select Get results.
  1. Tap then Query.
  2. Tap Or tap here to select a recent query.
  3. Tap the selected query from the Recent queries pane to display the search criteria.
  4. Tap Get results.

Note:  After upgrading from a version prior to Objective ECM 11.1.0.0, if you had existing query results that you would usually look at without running the query, those results will no longer be available after upgrade. You must re-run the queries to see the results.
