Displaying metadata fields on object cards
As an administrator, you can display metadata field values on selected object type cards. This helps users get the context of the object without having to navigate to its Details page.
Using this Admin option, you can select object types and then configure metadata fields that you wish to display on that object's card. You can add up to five metadata fields for each object type.
To add an object type and select the metadata fields to be displayed:
- As an Objective administrator, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then .

Select Admin pane.
from theAll object types, for which you have configured metadata fields, are displayed. If this is the first time you are trying to set this up, there will be none displayed. Add object types to start setting up metadata fields.
- To add object types, select Configure and choose the object type from the list.
- Under Metadata fields, click Select fields and select up to five fields.
- Select and then .
To edit displayed metadata fields :
- As an Objective administrator, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then .

Select Admin pane.
from theAll object types, for which you have configured metadata fields, are displayed.
- Select for the object type field that you wish to update.

Under Metadata fields, click the fields.
The Change Fields dialog box is displayed.
- Add/remove the fields as you wish.
- When you have finished, select and then .
If you no longer wish to display metadata fields for an object type, you can delete it.
- As an Objective administrator, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then .

Select Admin pane.

- Select the object type, for which you no longer want to display metadata fields, and select .
