Using custom actions

Your Objective administrator may have added some custom actions (object extenders) to an object that enable specific functionality such as the creation of an Objective Objective Connect workspace. The availability of these actions is controlled by your Objective administrator and can be specific to object type, document state, specific catalogue metadata, etc.

If your Objective administrator has set up any custom actions for Objective ECM, you will be able to access them from:

for an object card on the Content pane or
in the top right of the Summary section of an object’s Details page.

For example, the ‘Create Workspace in Objective Connect’ extender (custom action) displays when the following is selected from More button on a folder’s Details page or its card:
