Editing an existing co-authoring session
After a co-authoring session has started, the session owner has an option to add or remove co-authors.

- Open the Details page of the document being co-authored.
- Expand the Co-Authoring section on the right of the page.

.The Update Co-Authoring dialog box is displayed.
- If you had dragged and dropped the user, and if they had adequate privileges, they will be added as a co-author. Alternatively, select to add new users.

- Open the Details page of the document being co-authored.
- Expand the Co-Authoring section on the right of the page.

Select for the co-author you wish to remove from the session. Alternatively, select and remove co-authors listed in the Update Co-Authoring dialog box.
The session owner can also update co-authors' ability to release the document using the Allow co-authors to release this document option in the Update Co-Authoring dialog box.
